iti śrībṛhannāradīyapurāṇe pūrvabhāge prathamapāde mārkaṇḍeyavarṇanaṃ nāma pañcamo'dhyāyaḥ || 5 ||

Translation

یوں معزز شری برہن نارَدیہ پُران کے پُوروَ بھاگ کے پہلے پاد میں ‘مارکنڈَیَہ کا بیان’ نامی پانچواں ادھیائے اختتام کو پہنچا ॥۵॥
