Transliteration

garbhaikādaśame'bde tu rājanyasyopanāyanam | ādvāviṃśābdaparyaṃtaṃ kālamāhurvipaścitaḥ || 12 ||

Translation

راجنَیہ (کشتریہ) کا اُپنَین گربھ سے گن کر گیارھویں سال میں مقرر ہے؛ اور اہلِ دانش بائیسویں سال تک کے وقت کو بھی جائز بتاتے ہیں۔
