Maṅgalācaraṇa, Naimiṣāraṇya-Sabhā, Sūta-Āhvāna, and Narada Purāṇa-Māhātmya
निन्दायां कलहे वापि ह्यसन्तः पाप्तात्पराः । पुराणेष्वर्थवादत्वं ये वदन्ति नराधमाः ॥ ५७ ॥
nindāyāṃ kalahe vāpi hyasantaḥ pāptātparāḥ | purāṇeṣvarthavādatvaṃ ye vadanti narādhamāḥ || 57 ||
جو لوگ نِندا اور جھگڑے میں مگن رہتے ہیں وہ بدکار، گناہگاروں سے بھی بڑھ کر ہیں۔ اور جو کمینے پُرانوں کو محض ‘ارتھواد’ یعنی کھوکھلی تعریف کہتے ہیں، وہ بھی مذموم ہیں۔
