Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It links precise knowledge of time and cosmic order (kāla and graha-gati) with dharma-oriented living, implying that disciplined understanding of the cosmos supports right conduct and steadiness on the moksha path.
Indirectly: by emphasizing accurate reckoning of seasonal/time cycles, it supports proper observance of vrata, worship timings, and sacred days—practices that structure and deepen Vishnu-bhakti even when the verse itself is technical.
Vedāṅga Jyotiṣa (astronomy/astrology) and computational practice (gaṇita): using krānti (declination), cāpa (arc), and jyā (sine/chord relations) to infer seasonal cold/heat and refine calendrical calculations.
