इष्टैः पलैस्तदूनाढ्यं व्यगावूनेऽर्कषङ्गुणः । तदन्यथाधिके तस्मिन्नेवं स्पष्टे सुखांत्यगे ॥ १५७ ॥

Transliteration

iṣṭaiḥ palaistadūnāḍhyaṃ vyagāvūne'rkaṣaṅguṇaḥ | tadanyathādhike tasminnevaṃ spaṣṭe sukhāṃtyage || 157 ||

Translation

مقررہ پَلوں میں کمی یا زیادتی ہو تو نتیجہ بھی اسی کے مطابق کم یا زیادہ ہوتا ہے۔ اگر کمی ایک ‘ویاگاوا’ کے برابر ہو تو حاصل سورج کے عامل یعنی چھ سے ضرب پاتا ہے۔ اور اگر زیادتی ہو تو اسی کے مطابق تبدیلی کی جاتی ہے—یوں یہ حساب صاف بیان ہوا، جو سُکھ-پھل کی تقسیم پر ختم ہوتا ہے۔
