तथा बाहुलकादन्ये सौत्रलौकिकवैदिकाः । सर्वे सर्वगणीयाश्च तथानेकार्थवाचिनः ॥ ७५ ॥

tathā bāhulakādanye sautralaukikavaidikāḥ | sarve sarvagaṇīyāśca tathānekārthavācinaḥ || 75 ||

اسی طرح کثرتِ استعمال کے سبب بعض دوسرے الفاظ کو ‘سوتری’ (سوتر سے متعلق)، ‘لوکک’ (عام) یا ‘ویدک’ (ویدی) مانا جاتا ہے۔ یہ سب اپنے اپنے گنوں میں شمار ہوتے ہیں، اور بہت سے الفاظ کثیرالمعنی بھی ہوتے ہیں۔
