yā devī sarvabhūteṣu śaktirūpeṇa saṃsthitā | namas tasyai namas tasyai namas tasyai namo namaḥ ||
جو دیوی تمام جانداروں میں قوت (شکتی) کے روپ میں قائم ہے، اُس دیوی کو بار بار نمسکار؛ اُسی کو نمسکار، اُسی کو نمسکار، نمो نمہ۔

All capability—physical, mental, moral—is to be understood as derived from Devī; this grounds strength in reverence and discourages arrogance.
Theological stuti within purāṇic narrative (upākhyāna); it complements, rather than constitutes, pancalakṣaṇa categories.
Śakti here is the dynamic aspect of reality; esoterically it points to the one power manifesting as all functions (kriyā-śakti, icchā-śakti, jñāna-śakti).
