Adhyaya 84 — The Gods’ Hymn after the Slaying of Mahishasura and the Goddess’ Boon
देव्युवाच व्रियतां त्रिदशाः सर्वे यदस्मत्तोऽभिवाञ्छितम् ।
ददाम्यहमति प्रीत्या स्तवैरेभिः सुपूजिता ॥
devyuvāca vriyatāṃ tridaśāḥ sarve yadasmatto 'bhivāñchitam / dadāmyahamatiprītyā stavairebhiḥ supūjitā
دیوی نے فرمایا—اے دیوتاؤ، تم مجھ سے جو کچھ بھی چاہتے ہو وہ سب اختیار کر لو؛ ان ستوتروں سے اچھی طرح پوجا جانے پر میں بڑی خوشی سے وہ عطا کرتی ہوں۔
