Adhyaya 83 — The Slaying of Mahishasura’s Armies and the Final Death of Mahishasura
ततः सोऽपि पदाक्रान्तस्तया निजमुखात्ततः ।
अर्धनिष्क्रान्त एवासीद् देव्याः वीर्येण संवृतः ॥
tataḥ so 'pi padākrāntas tayā nijamukhāt tataḥ / ardhaniṣkrānta evāsīd devyā vīryeṇa saṃvṛtaḥ
پھر وہ دیوی کے پاؤں سے دبایا ہوا ہونے کے باوجود اپنے ہی منہ سے باہر نکلنے لگا؛ مگر دیوی کی قدرت کے اثر سے روکا اور مقید کیا گیا، اور وہ آدھا ہی باہر نکلا رہ گیا۔

Evil may attempt to ‘reappear’ in new forms, but it cannot fully manifest when confronted by higher power aligned with dharma. Restraint is as crucial as destruction.
