Adhyaya 79 — The Vaivasvata Manvantara: Classes of Devas, the Seven Sages, and Manu’s Nine Sons
भृगोस्तु भृगवो देवाः पुत्रा ह्यङ्गिरसः सुताः ।
एष सर्गश्च मारीचो विज्ञेयः साम्प्रताधिपः ॥
bhṛgos tu bhṛgavo devāḥ putrā hy aṅgirasaḥ sutāḥ | eṣa sargaś ca mārīco vijñeyaḥ sāmpratādhipaḥ ||
دیوتاؤں میں بھِرگوگن حقیقتاً بھِرگو کے پُتر ہیں، اور آنگِرس گن اَنگِرس کے پُتر ہیں۔ یہ سَرگ (تخلیق) موجودہ طور پر حاکم مارِیچ سلسلۂ نسب کے طور پر سمجھنا چاہیے۔
