अपीडयंश्च सामन्तांस्तस्य राष्ट्रोपरोधनैः ।
तथा दुर्गानुपालांश्च चक्रे चाटविकान् वशे ॥
apīḍayaṁś ca sāmantāṁs tasya rāṣṭroparodhanaiḥ | tathā durgānupālāṁś ca cakre cāṭavikān vaśe ||
اس نے ملک کی ناکہ بندی کر کے اس بادشاہ کے سامنتوں پر سخت دباؤ ڈالا؛ اسی طرح قلعوں کے نگہبانوں اور جنگلی قبائل کو بھی اپنے تابع کر لیا۔
