Adhyaya 34 — Madālāsā’s Instruction on Sadācāra (Householder Conduct, Purity, and Daily Rites)
पादं चात्मार्थमायस्य मूलभूतं विवर्धयेत् ।
एवमाचरतः पुत्र अर्थः साफल्यमर्हति ॥
pādaṃ cātmārtham āyasya mūlabhūtaṃ vivardhayet | evam ācarataḥ putra arthaḥ sāphalyam arhati ||
اور ایک چوتھائی حصے سے اپنی روزی کے لیے آمدنی کی بنیاد کو بڑھائے۔ اے بیٹے، جو اس طرح عمل کرتا ہے، اس کے لیے مال حقیقتاً بارآور ہو جاتا ہے۔
