अश्वतर उवाच मायैयं पुत्र ! मा स्प्राक्षीः प्रागेव कथितं तव ।

अन्तर्धानमुपैत्याशु माया संस्पर्शनादिभिः ॥

aśvatara uvāca māyeyaṃ putra! mā sprākṣīḥ prāgeva kathitaṃ tava |

antardhānam upaity āśu māyā saṃsparśanādibhiḥ ||

اشوتر نے کہا—اے بچے، یہ مایا ہے؛ اسے مت چھونا۔ میں نے پہلے ہی کہا تھا کہ مایا سے تماس وغیرہ کی کوشش کرتے ہی وہ فوراً غائب ہو جاتی ہے۔
