भूमौ स्वपद्भिर्नात्यन्तं क्लेशमाप्नोति बान्धवैः ।
दानं ददद्भिश्च तथा जन्तुराप्याय्यते मृतः ॥
bhūmau svapadbhirnātyantaṃ kleśamāpnoti bāndhavaiḥ /
dānaṃ dadadbhiśca tathā janturāpyāyyate mṛtaḥ
اس زمین پر اپنے قدموں سے چلتا ہوا وہ (پریت) جیو رشتہ داروں کے سبب حد سے زیادہ تکلیف نہیں پاتا؛ اور جب وہ اس کے نام پر دان دیتے ہیں تو مردہ جیو بھی پرورش اور سہارا پاتا ہے۔
