तानब्रुवन् महात्मान: स्थिता: प्राजजलयस्तदा । अभ्यनुज्ञापयिष्यन्तस्तं निवासं धृतव्रता:
vaiśampāyana uvāca | tān abruvan mahātmānaḥ sthitāḥ prāñjalayas tadā | abhyanujñāpayiṣyantas taṃ nivāsaṃ dhṛtavratāḥ ||
وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا—تب وہ عظیمُ النفس لوگ، اپنے عہد میں ثابت قدم، ہاتھ جوڑ کر کھڑے ہوئے اور جس پوشیدہ قیام—یعنی اَجْنات واس—کو اختیار کرنے والے تھے، اس کی اجازت طلب کرتے ہوئے بولے۔
