वृक्षानुत्पाटपामास तरसा वै बभज्ज च पृथिव्याश्व प्रदेशान् वै नादयंस्तु वनानि च
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
vr̥kṣān utpāṭayām āsa tarasā vai babhañja ca |
pr̥thivyāś ca pradēśān vai nādayaṃs tu vanāni ca ||
وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا—بھیم جھپٹ کر درختوں کو جڑ سے اکھاڑ دیتا اور انہیں توڑ پھوڑ ڈالتا تھا۔ اپنی گرج سے وہ اُس جنگلی سرزمین کے گوشوں اور سارے جنگل کو گونجتا کر دیتا تھا۔
वैशम्पायन उवाच
