वासुदेवेनासौ भक्त्या पूजितो वाक्यमब्रवीत् । वासुदेव शृणुष्व त्वं देवकार्यं ममानघ । श्रुत्वैतां च कथां शीघ्रमागतोऽस्मि तवान्तिकम् ॥ ४६.८ ॥

Nang siya’y sambahin ni Vāsudeva nang may debosyon, nagsalita siya ng ganito: “Vāsudeva, ikaw na walang dungis, pakinggan mo ang banal na gawain ko. Nang marinig ko ang salaysay na ito, agad akong dumating sa iyong harapan.”
