Transliteration

purā rathaṃtare kalpe rururnāma mahāsuraḥ | utpannaḥ sa mahākāyaḥ sarvalokabhayāvahaḥ

Translation

Noong unang panahon, sa Rathantara Kalpa, sumilang ang isang dakilang asura na nagngangalang Ruru—malaki ang anyo at nagdudulot ng sindak sa lahat ng daigdig.
