api pāpa samācāraḥ kaulo vā nirghṛṇo'pi vā | brahmaghno vā surāpo vā cauro vā bhrūṇahā'pi vā

Kahit ang taong may masamang asal—maging Kaula man, o maging malupit—maging mamamatay ng brāhmaṇa, manginginom ng alak, magnanakaw, o maging pumatay ng sanggol sa sinapupunan—
