Transliteration

asthiśeṣā nirutsāhāstyaktadharmavratakriyāḥ | abhakṣyabhakṣaṇaparāstathaivāpeyapāyinaḥ

Translation

Naging buto’t balat sila at nawalan ng sigla; tinalikuran nila ang dharma, ang mga panata (vrata), at mga tungkuling ritwal. Naging hilig nila ang pagkain ng bawal kainin, at gayundin ang pag-inom ng bawal inumin.
