Listener: Parameśvara (addressed as vibho/parama-īśvara)
Scene: Lakṣmī, radiant and crowned, speaks with folded hands, recalling how worship of Gaurī granted her sovereignty and rare saubhāgya; a subtle presence of Gaurī’s icon or liṅga-śakti emblem behind.
Gaurī worship is presented as a source of auspicious fortune and orderly prosperity when aligned with dharma.
The discourse continues under the Hāṭakeśvara-kṣetra Māhātmya in Nāgara-khaṇḍa.
Gaurī-pūjā is explicitly named as the practice producing saubhāgya and success.
