Brāhmaṇas (advising the King)
Listener: Bhūpati (the king)
Scene: Brāhmaṇas counsel the king to remain untroubled and to perform daily śānti; the scene shifts from anxiety to calm, with graha symbols softening in expression (saumya).
Inner steadiness plus dharmic action (śānti rites) is taught as the right response to fear and omens.
A particular tīrtha is not identified in this verse; it remains within the broader tīrtha-māhātmya setting.
Performance of śāntika (pacificatory ritual) to render the grahas saumyāḥ (benevolent).
