Transliteration

ulkāpāte ca bhūkaṃpe digdāhe madhyarātriṣu | saṃdhyayorvṛṣalopāṃte rājñorāhośca sūtake

Translation

Sa pagbagsak ng mga bulalakaw, sa pagyanig ng lupa, at sa pagliyab sa mga panig; sa hatinggabi; sa mga sandhyā (pagtatagpo ng araw at gabi); sa wakas ng kaguluhang walang kaayusan; at sa mga panahon ng sūtaka (karumihan) dahil sa pagpanaw ng hari o sa (paglalaho) ni Rāhu—sa mga ito rin ay nararapat ang pagpipigil sa pag-aaral ng banal na Veda.
