कला या परमा शक्तिः कथिता परमात्मनः । एवमेषा परा शक्तिरीश्वरेच्छानुयायिनी
kalā yā paramā śaktiḥ kathitā paramātmanaḥ | evameṣā parā śaktirīśvarecchānuyāyinī
Ang 'Kalā' na iyon ay ipinahayag bilang Kataas-taasang Kapangyarihan ng Kataas-taasang Sarili. Kaya ang pinakamataas na Śakti na ito ay laging sumusunod sa kalooban ng Panginoon, na kumikilos nang lubos na ayon sa layunin ni Īśvara.

It teaches that the supreme operative power (Kalā-Śakti) is not independent of Shiva; it functions as the Lord’s own will, showing that liberation comes by aligning oneself with Īśvara rather than treating power as separate from Him.
In Linga worship, the devotee approaches Saguna Shiva as the conscious Lord (Pati) whose Śakti manifests creation and grace; the verse clarifies that all manifest effects arise under Shiva’s icchā, so worship is directed to Shiva as the sovereign source behind all powers.
Meditate on surrender (śaraṇāgati) through japa of the Panchakshara—“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—with the intention, “May my will follow Shiva’s will,” supporting inner discipline alongside traditional aids like bhasma and rudraksha where practiced.
