Occasional Rites and Their Procedure
संसारकारणं येषां न प्ररोढुमलं भवेत् । प्रकृत्यनुगुणं तस्माद्विमृश्यैतदशेषतः
saṃsārakāraṇaṃ yeṣāṃ na praroḍhumalaṃ bhavet | prakṛtyanuguṇaṃ tasmādvimṛśyaitadaśeṣataḥ
Para sa mga taong hindi sumisibol ang karumihan (mala) na sanhi ng pagkagapos sa sansara, kaya’t dapat siyasatin nang lubos ang aral na ito at tanggapin ang naaayon sa sariling likas (prakṛti), upang ang landas ay maging karapat-dapat sa paglaya sa pamamagitan ng biyaya ni Śiva.

It teaches that saṃsāra persists due to mala (innate impurity/obscuration). Liberation-oriented practice requires clear discernment (vimarśa) and adopting a sādhana suited to one’s disposition, so that bondage-causes do not “sprout” again and Śiva’s grace can operate unobstructed.
Linga/Saguṇa-Śiva worship becomes most effective when matched to the aspirant’s temperament—devotional, ritual, or contemplative—so the mind stabilizes and the mala that fuels rebirth is weakened, leading toward Śiva-realization.
It implies choosing a prakṛti-suitable discipline: steady japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), Linga-pūjā with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa, and reflective self-inquiry to identify and uproot the tendencies that regenerate bondage.
