युद्धे अङ्गद-मैन्द-द्विविद-राक्षसयुद्धम्; कुम्भस्य प्रादुर्भावः तथा सुग्रीवेण पराभवः
Sarga 76: Angada and the Vanara chiefs battle Kampana, Prajaṅgha, Yūpākṣa, Śoṇitākṣa; Kumbha enters and is checked by Sugrīva
रथानश्वान् द्रुमैश्शैलैस्तेप्रचिक्षिपुराहवे ।शरौघैःप्रतिचिच्छेदतान्यूपाक्षोनिशाचरः ।।।।
rathān aśvān drumaiḥ śailais te pracikṣipur āhave | śaraughaiḥ praticiccheda tān yūpākṣo niśācaraḥ ||
Sa labanan, inihagis nila ang mga punò at mga bató sa mga karwahe at mga kabayo; ngunit si Yūpākṣa, ang nilalang ng gabi, ay pinira-piraso ang mga iyon sa ulang ng mga palaso.
