The Slaying of Atikāya

तान्मोघानभिसम्प्रेक्ष्यलक्ष्मणःपरवीरहा ।अभ्यवर्षन्महेषूणांसहस्रेणमहायशाः ।।।।

tān moghān abhisampekṣya lakṣmaṇaḥ paravīrahā | abhyavarṣan maheṣūṇāṁ sahasreṇa mahāyaśāḥ ||

Nang makita ni Lakṣmaṇa, mamamatay ng mga bayani ng kaaway at bantog sa dangal, na naging walang saysay ang mga palaso, saka niya binuhusan ng isang libong makapangyarihang palaso ang kalaban.
