Transliteration

pātayitvā tu kaikeyyā rāmaṃ sthānād yatheṣṭataḥ |

pradiṣṭo rakṣasāṃ bhāgaḥ parvaṇīva āhitāgninā ||

Translation

Sa pag-aalis kay Rama sa kanyang nararapat na kalagayan ayon sa kanyang kapritso, si Kaikeyi ay kumilos na parang isang nag-aalay na, sa sagradong araw ng pagdiriwang, ay ibinigay sa mga rākṣasa ang bahaging laan para sa mga diyos.
