The Description of the Four Durgā Mantras
छिन्नमस्ता रमा बीजं स्वाहा शक्तिरुदीरिता । आं खङ्गाय हृदाख्यातमीं खङ्गाय शिरः स्मृतम् ॥ ४ ॥
chinnamastā ramā bījaṃ svāhā śaktirudīritā | āṃ khaṅgāya hṛdākhyātamīṃ khaṅgāya śiraḥ smṛtam || 4 ||
Para kay Chinnamastā, ang bīja (binhing pantig) ay sinasabing “ramā”, at ang śakti ay ipinahahayag na “svāhā”. Ang pantig na “āṃ” ay itinuturo bilang mantra ng puso—“sa tabak”—at ang “īṃ” ay inaalala bilang mantra ng ulo—“sa tabak”.
