The Exposition of the Krishna Mantra (Kṛṣṇa-mantra-prakāśa): Nyāsa, Dhyāna, Worship, Yantra, and Prayoga
हृदंतिमादिकांतार्णमपराद्यानि चात्मने । मत्यंतानि च तत्वानि जीवाद्यानि न्यसेत्क्रमात् ॥ ११ ॥
hṛdaṃtimādikāṃtārṇamaparādyāni cātmane | matyaṃtāni ca tatvāni jīvādyāni nyasetkramāt || 11 ||
Mula sa puso at umakyat hanggang sa pinakaloob na dulo (tuktok ng ulo), alang-alang sa Ātman, isagawa ang nyāsa at ilagak ang mas matataas na tattva; at gayundin sa wastong pagkakasunod, ilagak ang mga tattva mula sa jīva hanggang sa antas na mortal ng katawan.
