तस्मिन्मृतेऽथ शुक्रोऽपि प्राणांस्तत्याज योगतः । तस्यैवं हतिमाज्ञाय प्रह्लादाद्या दितीश्वराः ॥ ७१ ॥
tasminmṛte'tha śukro'pi prāṇāṃstatyāja yogataḥ | tasyaivaṃ hatimājñāya prahlādādyā ditīśvarāḥ || 71 ||
Nang siya’y mamatay, si Śukra man ay sa lakas ng yoga ay binitiwan ang hininga ng buhay. Nang malaman ang gayong pagkapaslang, ang mga panginoon ng Daitya, mula kay Prahlāda (mga anak ni Diti), ay naunawaan ang nangyari.
