Narada (teaching in dialogue with Sanatkumara tradition)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It emphasizes disciplined daily stotra-recitation and focused austerity (standing on one foot before a lamp at midnight) as a means to concentrate the mind and attain the grace of the mantra’s presiding Lord.
Bhakti is expressed as regular praise (stotra) and reverent worship; the physical observance supports inner single-pointed devotion toward the mantra-deity.
It reflects ritual discipline and correct practice (prayoga) connected with mantra-sadhana—timing (midnight), method (lamp-front worship), and bodily steadiness used to strengthen recitation and concentration.
