Hanumān-mantra-kathana: Mantra-bheda, Nyāsa, Yantra, and Prayoga
गलबाहुद्वये चैव हृदि कुक्षौ च नाभितः । ध्वजे जानुद्वये पादद्वये वर्णान्क्रमान्न्यसेत् ॥ ७ ॥
galabāhudvaye caiva hṛdi kukṣau ca nābhitaḥ | dhvaje jānudvaye pādadvaye varṇānkramānnyaset || 7 ||
Sa lalamunan at sa dalawang braso; sa puso, tiyan at pusod; sa bahaging ari, sa dalawang tuhod at sa dalawang paa—ilagay ang mga titik/pantig ayon sa wastong pagkakasunod (nyāsa).

It teaches nyāsa—ritually installing mantra-syllables on specific body-points—so the practitioner’s body is sacralized as a fit vessel for mantra-japa and worship.
Though technical, nyāsa supports bhakti by preparing the devotee for focused remembrance and worship; it aligns body and mind so mantra-recitation becomes steady and reverent.
It reflects Śikṣā and mantra-prayoga: correct sequencing (krama) of varṇas and their ritual application (nyāsa) to prescribed bodily locations.
