न जायंते गृहे तस्मिन् कदाचिदप्युपद्रवाः । तद्गृहं धनपुत्राद्यैरेधते प्रत्यहं चिरम् ॥ ३१ ॥

Transliteration

na jāyaṃte gṛhe tasmin kadācidapyupadravāḥ | tadgṛhaṃ dhanaputrādyairedhate pratyahaṃ ciram || 31 ||

Translation

Sa bahay na iyon, kailanman ay hindi sumisibol ang mga kapahamakan. Ang sambahayang iyon ay patuloy na umuunlad araw-araw sa mahabang panahon—sagana sa yaman, mga anak na lalaki, at iba pang pagpapala.
