Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual context within Book 1.3)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It functions as a phala-śruti, affirming that disciplined mantra-japa brings tangible auspicious results, reinforcing faith in regulated practice (abhyāsa) as a dharmic means to well-being.
By emphasizing steady repetition of a named mantra, it highlights devotion expressed through consistent remembrance (smaraṇa) and recitation (japa), where sincerity and continuity are central.
It foregrounds ritual discipline—regular japa and phala-śruti logic—aligned with practical applications of mantra-vidhi (procedure of recitation) commonly treated within technical sections of the Purāṇas.
