षड्दीर्घाढ्येन बीजेन यं च बीजादिना पुनः । षङंगानि न्यसेदस्य जातियुक्तानि मंत्रवित् ॥ ७ ॥
ṣaḍdīrghāḍhyena bījena yaṃ ca bījādinā punaḥ | ṣaṅaṃgāni nyasedasya jātiyuktāni maṃtravit || 7 ||
Ang nakaaalam sa mga mantra ay dapat magsagawa ng nyāsa sa anim na sangkap gamit ang bīja na may anim na mahabang patinig, at muli gamit ang bīja na nagsisimula sa “yaṃ”; sa gayon ay itinatatag niya ang anim na aṅga, bawat isa’y kaugnay ng wastong “jāti” (uri/intonasyon).
