Gṛhastha-nitya-karman: Śauca, Sandhyā-vidhi, Pañca-yajña, and Āśrama-krama
अंतश्चरसि मंत्रेण सकृदेव पिबेदपः । ततः सूर्याय विधिवद्गन्धं पुष्पं जलांजलिम् ॥ ५१ ॥
aṃtaścarasi maṃtreṇa sakṛdeva pibedapaḥ | tataḥ sūryāya vidhivadgandhaṃ puṣpaṃ jalāṃjalim || 51 ||
Sa pagbigkas ng mantrang “Antaścarasi,” lumagok ng tubig nang minsan lamang. Pagkaraan, ayon sa wastong ritwal, maghandog kay Sūrya ng mabangong paste (gandha), mga bulaklak, at isang dakot na tubig (arghya).
