Dvādaśī-vrata: Month-by-month Viṣṇu Worship and the Year-End Udyāpana
ततः समाख्याहि हरेर्व्रतानि कृतैश्च यैः प्रीतिमुपैति विष्णुः । ददाति भक्तिं भजतां दयालुर्मुक्तिस्तु तस्या विदिता हि दासी ॥ ७ ॥
tataḥ samākhyāhi harervratāni kṛtaiśca yaiḥ prītimupaiti viṣṇuḥ | dadāti bhaktiṃ bhajatāṃ dayālurmuktistu tasyā viditā hi dāsī || 7 ||
Kaya nga, isalaysay mo ang mga panata (vrata) ni Hari—na sa pagsasagawa nito ay nalulugod si Viṣṇu. Ang mahabaging Panginoon ay nagkakaloob ng bhakti sa mga sumasamba sa Kanya, at ang kalayaan (mukti) ay kilalang tagapaglingkod ng bhakti na iyon.
