सनन्दन उवाच । ततः स राजा सहितो मंत्रिभिर्द्विजसत्तम । पुरः पुरोहितं कृत्वा सर्वाण्यंतः पुराणि च ॥ १ ॥
sanandana uvāca | tataḥ sa rājā sahito maṃtribhirdvijasattama | puraḥ purohitaṃ kṛtvā sarvāṇyaṃtaḥ purāṇi ca || 1 ||
Wika ni Sanandana: Pagkaraan nito, ang haring iyon—kasama ang kaniyang mga ministro, O pinakamainam sa mga dvija—ay inilagay sa unahan ang purohita ng palasyo, at isinama rin ang lahat ng nasa loob ng palasyo (ang buong harem), at nagpatuloy sa paglakad.
