Adhyaya 47 — Brahma’s Awakening and the Ninefold Scheme of Creation
विबुद्धः सलिले तस्मिन् विज्ञायान्तर्गतां महीम् ।
अनुमानात् समुद्धारं कर्तुकामस्तदा क्षिते ॥
vibuddhaḥ salile tasmin vijñāyāntargatāṃ mahīm / anumānāt samuddhāraṃ kartukāmas tadā kṣite
Pagkagising sa mga tubig na iyon, at pagkaunawa na ang lupa ay nakalubog sa loob nito, Siya’y nagpasya sa pamamagitan ng pagninilay at ninais na iahon ang lupa.

Restoration is an intentional act: when order is submerged, the proper response is purposeful uplift (samuddhāra), not resignation.
