नमस्येद्वै पयोभक्षः स पापेभ्यः प्रमुच्यते ॥ प्राणायामं च यः कुर्यात्सोऽपि पापात्प्रमुच्यते ॥

namasyed vai payobhakṣaḥ sa pāpebhyaḥ pramucyate || prāṇāyāmaṃ ca yaḥ kuryāt so'pi pāpāt pramucyate ||

ผู้ใดนอบน้อมบูชาขณะดำรงชีพด้วยน้ำนม ผู้นั้นย่อมพ้นจากบาปทั้งหลาย; และผู้ใดปฏิบัติปราณายามะ (การกำกับลมหายใจ) ผู้นั้นก็พ้นจากบาปเช่นกัน
