พระพรหมทอดพระเนตรเห็นโลกทั้งสิ้นนี้โดยสิ้นเชิงเป็นเอกอารณวะ คือเป็นมหาสมุทรเดียว ในห้วงน้ำปรลัยนั้น พระธรณีวสุมตีจมลงไปถึงชั้นทั้งหลายแห่งปาตาละ
