प्रणम्य शिरसा सर्वे तामूचुस्ते सुमध्यमाम् । उमे कथय कुत्रस्थं द्रक्ष्यामो रुद्रमेकदा
praṇamya śirasā sarve tāmūcuste sumadhyamām | ume kathaya kutrasthaṃ drakṣyāmo rudramekadā
ทุกคนก้มศีรษะนอบน้อมแล้วทูลแด่เทวีผู้เอวอรชรว่า “ข้าแต่พระอุมา โปรดบอกเถิดว่าพระรุทระประทับอยู่ ณ ที่ใด เพื่อเราจะได้มีโอกาสได้เฝ้าทัศนาอย่างน้อยสักครั้งหนึ่ง”
