कश्यप उवाच । अनर्थो ब्राह्मणस्यैष यदर्थनिचयो महान् । अर्थैश्वर्यविमूढोऽपि श्रेयसो भ्रश्यते द्विजः
kaśyapa uvāca | anartho brāhmaṇasyaiṣa yadarthanicayo mahān | arthaiśvaryavimūḍho'pi śreyaso bhraśyate dvijaḥ
กัศยปะกล่าวว่า: นี่แลเป็นความวิบัติของพราหมณ์ คือการสั่งสมทรัพย์มากมาย แม้เป็นทวิชะก็ยังหลงมัวเมาด้วยทรัพย์และอำนาจ แล้วเสื่อมจากศฺเรยัส คือความเกษมสูงสุด
