ดูก่อนมุนีผู้ทรงพรต ท่านได้กล่าวถึงเหตุการณ์แห่งเจ็ดกัลปะ; จงรู้เถิดว่านั่นคือเรื่องมัตสยะ (ปุราณะ) อันประกอบด้วยหนึ่งหมื่นสี่พันคาถา
