ด้วยมนตร์ “คเตหนาม” พึงประดิษฐาน “ภาสกร” ผู้ปราศจากมลทิน โอ้เทวี ด้วยวิธีนี้เองพึงบูชา “รวิ” ตามลำดับพิธีโดยชอบ
