ततः संत्यज्य सा देवी ब्रह्माणं कमलोद्भवम् । सपत्नीरोषसन्तप्ता प्रभासं क्षेत्रमाश्रिता

tataḥ saṃtyajya sā devī brahmāṇaṃ kamalodbhavam | sapatnīroṣasantaptā prabhāsaṃ kṣetramāśritā

แล้วพระเทวีนั้นละทิ้งพระพรหมผู้บังเกิดจากดอกบัว ถูกเผาผลาญด้วยความเดือดดาลแห่งความเป็นสตรีร่วมเรือน จึงไปพึ่งพิงยังเขตศักดิ์สิทธิ์ปรภาสะ
