ณ ฝั่งแม่น้ำนรมทา มีวัตรศักดิ์สิทธิ์ชื่อ “อนละ” อันเลื่องลือว่าให้ความสามารถในการไปได้ทั่วทุกแห่งอย่างยิ่ง ที่นั่นพึงบูชาสรรเสริญพระภาสกรเทพ ผู้มีรัศมีหาประมาณมิได้ ด้วยพิธีหกสิบแปดประการ
