sarve cānnaṃ parīpsaṃto gatāścaṇḍālaveśmani | jñātvānnasaṃgrahaṃ tasya prārthayāñcakrurantyajam

เหล่าทั้งปวงปรารถนาอาหาร จึงไปยังเรือนของจัณฑาล ครั้นรู้ว่าเขามีเสบียงสะสมอยู่ จึงวิงวอนขออาหารจากผู้อันถูกนับเป็นชนชั้นต่ำผู้นั้น
