โอ้เทวี การสถาปนานั้นทศาสยะ (ราวณะ) ได้ตั้งไว้เพื่อทำลายบาปทั้งปวง ราวณะผู้สืบสายจากปุลัสตยะ เป็นยักษ์รากษสที่ดุร้ายและน่าสะพรึงยิ่งนัก
